Humanity Vision LLC
Privacy Policy

(Updated July 09, 2025)

Humanity Vision LLC is a big believer in privacy, and we respect yours.
It is important to us that you feel comfortable and trust us with your information when you use our services.
Please take a few minutes to read this Privacy Policy so that you understand what information we collect, what we do with it, and why.

  • We collect data about you from your mobile device, from third-party integrations to which you provide your credentials, and from data you provide directly in order to produce an alternative credit score (“Financial Health Score”) using highly sophisticated algorithms and predictive analytics.
    We provide this score only in relation to the financial services of the financial institutions that you are applying for.

    We do not share your Financial Health Score with anyone else.
    In most cases, we use metadata, which is non-private, non-confidential, and non-sensitive information that does not directly identify you.
    In particular, we may use such data to build data profiles and provide segmented risk profiles, generate aggregate statistical information, and to improve and administer our current products and services, as well as create new ones.

    You can be assured that we protect the information we collect.
    By using our products or services, you agree to the collection, use, and sharing of your data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
    Unless a specific product states otherwise, all our products and services are included under this Privacy Policy.

  • We collect your data when you download our mobile applications and consent to us obtaining your digital footprints.
    We also collect your data when you are applying for or using financial products (such as loans, insurance policies, etc.) from financial organisations that we serve.
    We will not and cannot extract digital footprints without your consent.

    We do not request your data from financial institutions without your consent, and we do not collect or process it without your approval.
    We will also ask you to click on a button that says “Extract Data,” or something similar, before beginning any data extraction, credit scoring, and/or anti-fraud assessments on your mobile device.

  • We collect various types of data from your smartphone and from publicly available sources on the Internet to perform our services.
    Our mobile applications will only access information on your mobile device after you have agreed to their collection and use.
    This information may include your device ID number, contacts, calendars, application list, location data, and the IP address* of your device.
    You may change these permissions using your device settings.

    IP addresses will be accessed only once—at the time of applying for specific financial services (such as loans, credit cards, etc.)—and not on an ongoing basis.

    The IP address information collected by us is similar to the types of data captured by common web analytics tools.

    We collect data via third-party integrations such as Google and Facebook only if you provide your account credentials and give explicit consent.

  • We collect information about you such as: IP address and/or Device ID number.
    We use this information to detect fraudulent applications coming from the same device. In doing this, we protect your identity but retain the ability to recognize what information relates to you.

    If you create an account, you may share with us additional identifiable information such as your email, your name, your address, and your identification number as part of the sign-up process.

    The information collected by our mobile applications is not sent to the financial institution you are applying to for a financial service. The processing of the information is done on our secure servers.
    The financial institution of your choice receives some limited pseudonymised information about you, including the results of your credit assessment. While the information remains attributable to you, it cannot be reverse engineered to reproduce the original raw data collected.

    These techniques assist in keeping the information sent to our servers secure and allow you to retain your raw information on your device.

    Our mobile applications collect information regarding your text messages and email messages on your mobile device.
    While the applications may scan all such messages on your phone, we only collect (and upload to the server) certain limited information about each message.
    For instance, the applications may count the messages received and their timestamps, and match the senders with a list of selected financial institutions.
    They may also scan the content of messages for certain pre-determined keywords and flag when a message contains such keywords.

    Our mobile applications may also scan and process your phonebook contacts stored on your device.
    Information such as the number of contacts in your phonebook may be collected, along with parameters such as “how many social media applications are installed on the smartphone.”

  • We use your data to assess your financial health and status to allow financial institutions to decide whether or not to grant loans or other financial services to you.

    We also use your data to:

    • Obtain assessments of your solvency, including but not limited to evaluations of the probability of default on your obligations in the framework of contracts for the provision of financial services;

    • Assess your interest in receiving financial services through algorithms and mathematical modeling.

    The IP addresses of your devices will be used to investigate and prevent fraud, spam, malware, identity theft, or other unauthorised access, or any other unlawful activities, solely as part of our anti-fraud solutions.

    You may withdraw your consent to receive advertising and marketing collateral from us and financial institutions at any time.

  • We share the results of your credit assessments with the financial institutions or fintech companies with which you are applying for financial services, as well as your potential willingness to communicate directly with those institutions, if requested.

    We may also share your data in the following ways:

    • When authorised by law or necessary to comply with a valid legal process;

    • When required to protect and defend our rights or property, including the security of our products and services;

    • When necessary to protect the personal safety, property, or other rights of the public, our customers, employees, or the integrity of our products and services;

    • Or in connection with a sale of all or part of our business.

    If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, we will abide by this Privacy Policy, and any affected users will be informed if we transfer any personal data to a third party or if personal data becomes subject to a different privacy policy as a result.

  • To implement and improve the functionality of our mobile applications and to update the credit scorecards developed for our financial institution clients, we will keep your data for up to 3 years unless you request us to delete your data at an earlier date.

  • You have the right to ask us about the data we process about you, the purpose and nature of the processing, and to receive information about whom we share it with. You have the right to request that we update or delete the data we have collected about you at any time. Please note that we may reject requests which risk the privacy of others or are unreasonable. Unless you request us to delete your data, we may retain your data after you stop using our services (though we typically keep your data no longer than is reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected).

    You have the right to expect us to protect your data and keep it secure. We work hard to protect our services and our users from unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of the information we hold. In particular:

    • We abide by this Privacy Policy at all times with respect to all data we collect from you.

    • We limit the use and disclosure of your data, and work to ensure that any parties with whom we share such data treat it with the privacy and security it deserves.

    • We have implemented industry-accepted physical, technical, and administrative safeguards to protect the data we collect.

    You have the right to lodge a complaint with the relevant data protection authorities for any violation of applicable data protection laws.

  • We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time and will indicate the date the Privacy Policy was most recently updated. If there have been significant changes, we will highlight any such changes and will attempt to directly alert you when possible.

  • If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy or any of the information provided above, please feel free to contact us.
